CDM sp. z o. o. implements the project in accordance with the grant agreement No. BON2/23 concluded on September 26, 2024. The grant is awarded from the European Funds for Podlaskie for 2021-2027, as part of the “Digitization voucher” project.

The aim of the project is to develop and implement a dedicated IT system for planning and tracking production at CDM. This will contribute to improving production efficiency, but will also minimize errors related to traditional paper documentation. Moreover, it will improve the decision-making process by providing reliable and current data at every stage of production. Administrators will be able to track the progress, in real time, of activity in individual production phases. The project also includes the purchase of 3 industrial panel computers and digital security training.

The value of the project is PLN 175,671.06.

The value of funding from European Funds is PLN 135,676.30.

CDM Sp. z o. o. obtained a grant from the European Union for the project “Development of a business model for circular economy-transformation at CDM Sp. z o. o. “.

The subject of the project is to provide a consulting service, as a result of which a business model for circular economy – transformation of the enterprise will be developed. The circular economy model will be used to implement activities that minimize the company’s negative impact on the environment, while ensuring its long-term development and competitiveness.

The project results will be used by the management board and employees who are involved in making key decisions regarding activities that minimize the company’s negative impact on the environment.

The effect and result of the project will be the developed circular economy business model – transformation of the enterprise.

CDM Sp. z o. o. obtained a grant from the European Union for the project “Introduction of innovation at CDM Sp. z o. o. by implementing recommendations resulting from the design strategy.

We are implementing the project to introduce a new product to the market in the form of an innovative line of two-color wooden windows with replaceable colored strips on the outside of the window.

In the project, we plan to purchase marketing services to develop a comprehensive strategy for the promotion of a new product and to develop and implement a systemic management of the technological process using a tool plan for the production of new windows. Development of machinery through the purchase of a multi-spindle machining center used for profiling and milling window frames of new products.

The project will be used by employees who participate in the processes of creating new products and people managing innovations at CDM Sp. z o. o. Ultimately, the company’s customers in Poland and abroad will be able to use the modern products that will be introduced to the market.

The result of the project will be a new line of wooden windows with replaceable leaf elements in the second leaf color on the outside of the window.
Expected project results:
– implementation of product innovation, i.e. a new line of two-color windows,
– development of design in CDM thanks to the use of the services of an external designer,
– increase in revenues from sales of new products,
– increasing the company’s technological potential,
– developing new marketing activities.
