CDM Sp. z o. o. obtained a grant from the European Union for the project “Introduction of innovation at CDM Sp. z o. o. by implementing recommendations resulting from the design strategy.

We are implementing the project to introduce a new product to the market in the form of an innovative line of two-color wooden windows with replaceable colored strips on the outside of the window.

In the project, we plan to purchase marketing services to develop a comprehensive strategy for the promotion of a new product and to develop and implement a systemic management of the technological process using a tool plan for the production of new windows. Development of machinery through the purchase of a multi-spindle machining center used for profiling and milling window frames of new products.

The project will be used by employees who participate in the processes of creating new products and people managing innovations at CDM Sp. z o. o. Ultimately, the company’s customers in Poland and abroad will be able to use the modern products that will be introduced to the market.

The result of the project will be a new line of wooden windows with replaceable leaf elements in the second leaf color on the outside of the window.
Expected project results:
– implementation of product innovation, i.e. a new line of two-color windows,
– development of design in CDM thanks to the use of the services of an external designer,
– increase in revenues from sales of new products,
– increasing the company’s technological potential,
– developing new marketing activities.

CDM Sp. Zoo. project in accordance with the grant agreement No. GRANT3/18 concluded on March 28, 2024. The grant is provided from the European Funds for Podlaskie for the years 2021-2027, as part of the “Grants for research” project. The aim is to present research services aimed at creating new external wooden doors, opening outwards, with a threshold height not exceeding 20 mm.

The value of the project is PLN 211,860.00.

The value of funding from European Funds is PLN 98,385.53.

CDM Sp. z o. o. implements the project in accordance with the grant agreement No. GRANT3/16 concluded on March 28, 2024. The grant is awarded from the European Funds for Podlaskie for 2021-2027, as part of the “Research grants” project. The aim of the project is to carry out a research service aimed at creating a pattern for a new wooden-aluminum window characterized by a narrow sash frame.

The value of the project is PLN 202,950.00.

CDM Sp. z o.o. support for project no. POPW.01.02.00-20-0008/21 titled “Internationalization in the activities of CDM Sp. z o.o.” covered by grant agreement no. POPW.01.02.00-20- 0008/21-00 dated 16.11.2021 as part of the Eastern Poland Operational Program for the 2014-2020, Priority Axis I Entrepreneurial Eastern Poland, Measure 1.2. Internationalization of SMEs. The aim of the project is to internationalize the company to a new market based on the owned, competitive product – a system of wooden windows.

reducing the costs of running production activities,
